Katie Leitch's work experience began in 2016 as an Events & Promotion Intern at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. Katie interned there again in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Senatorial Intern at the Office of Senator Patricia Murray. Katie joined Ste. Michelle Wine Estates again in 2019 as a Concert & Administrative Coordinator until September 2019. From October 2019 to April 2020, Katie worked as an Office Support & Administrator at Elizabeth Liddell Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine. In November 2020, they joined InstaMed, a J.P. Morgan company, as a Contracting Analyst. Katie currently holds the position of Contracting Senior Analyst at the same company starting from September 2022.

Katie Leitch obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University, where they attended from 2015 to 2019.
