Mauricio Burgos has been in the agricultural industry since 2014. Mauricio began their career at AgroSuccess as a Coordinador de Proyectos y Operaciones, where they were responsible for logistics and administrative processes, project evaluation, customer training, and project delivery. Mauricio also served as a Supervisor de Instalaciones and Tecnico de Terreno. In 2021, they joined Instacrops as a Project Manager.

Mauricio Burgos attended INACAP from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Tecnico en Electricidad Industrial Mención Instalaciones Electricas in the field of Electricidad.
