VeLisa Wright, SPHR, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Global Learning and Development at Instacart, a position held since October 2018, after progressing through roles including Global L&D Manager and Operations Manager for Customer Experience. Prior experience includes over 19 years at State Farm®, where advancements led to the position of Learning & Development Delivery Manager, significantly enhancing mentoring participation by 500% and driving key enterprise initiatives such as Talent Management and change management. Additional roles at State Farm® included Outbound Contact Center Supervisor and Senior Operations Recruiter, where significant improvements in recruitment and retention strategies were achieved. VeLisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Clark Atlanta University.
