Melissa Close is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Growth Sales at Instacart since May 2023, Melissa previously held the position of Client Partner at Facebook from January 2020 to May 2023. In addition, Melissa contributed to the Chiefs Hockey Club as the Director of Marketing on the board of directors from February 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes key roles at SC Johnson from August 2005 to January 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Director of US Customer Marketing to Global Customer Marketing Manager. Melissa also worked at ConAgra Foods from January 2001 to August 2005, where responsibilities included Key Account Manager and Sales Development Manager.
