Leila Tan is an experienced Customer Success Manager currently employed at Instabase since April 2024. Previously, Leila held the same position at Encord from March 2023 to March 2024, where Leila founded the Customer Success function and managed a team. Prior to Encord, Leila worked at Tessian for three years, progressing from Customer Onboarding Associate to Customer Onboarding Manager, and played a key role in establishing the Onboarding Team. Leila's earlier experience includes positions at PatSnap, Wimbledon, The Institute of Cancer Research, and various customer service roles that contributed to strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Leila holds a Master of Chemistry degree from the University of Oxford.
