Dale Deloy currently holds the position of Senior Sales Engineer at Instabase since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dale served as Director of Sales Engineering for both EMEA and the East regions at MemSQL from April 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing a sales engineering team focused on modern database technology solutions. Dale's earlier career includes various roles at Oracle, including Principal Sales Consultant, Technology Solution Architect, and Account Manager, as well as serving as a Sales Engineer at BEA Systems and VP at Dewpoint. Dale began the professional journey at Andersen Consulting as a Manager. Dale obtained a BS in Math from Hope College, graduating between 1982 and 1986.
