Ville Tiljander is a software engineer currently employed at Insta since May 2023, having previously served as a software engineer trainee. Ville gained valuable experience at KONE as a Ride and Building Comfort Trainee during two separate tenures, in 2021 and 2022. Additional experience includes a summer trainee position in electrics assembly at Konecranes, where Ville worked on assembling electric panels for cranes. Earlier roles at Teknos involved warehousing and paint production, where skills in product handling and equipment operation were developed. Ville is pursuing a Master of Science in Technology specializing in Factory Automation and Industrial Informatics at Tampere University, expected to graduate in February 2024, and previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
