Conny Karlsson is a Senior Software Specialist at Insta since April 2021, previously serving as a Senior Developer and Architect at Asitek Oy for two decades. Karlsson also delivered a lecture on "English communication in the workplace" at Kasetsart University of Thailand in July 2013. Earlier work experience includes roles as a summer employee at Nordkalk Corporation, where tasks involved electrical work, and at Finnsementti Oy, focusing on loading operations. Academically, Karlsson holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Turku and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in data- and telecommunications from Svenska Yrkeshögskolan Vasa.
