Khalid Jamal has over 15 years of experience in the technical services and support sector, currently serving as Technical Services Manager at Ntelicor since January 2014. Prior roles include Technical Support Specialist at Softworld from June 2011 to December 2013 and Production Support Manager at Flowserve Corporation from October 2008 to May 2011, where Flowserve is recognized for its supply of pumps, valves, seals, and automation services. Khalid also worked as Program Manager at Specialtech Solutions INC for client Sprint Nextel between January 2007 and October 2008, and as Tech Support Engineer at Sprint Nextel from January 2000 to January 2007, contributing to the successful launch of a major portal project.
