William Tsai has a diverse work experience in the field of test engineering and validation. William began their career in 2013 as a Test Engineer at Wistron, where they tested Dell 13G Blades, Rack and Tower Servers, focusing on BIOS, network, storage, and virtualization. In 2015, they joined ASRock Rack as a BMC Validation Engineer, responsible for hardware and firmware validation, including peripheral functions and ipmitool commands. In 2016, they moved on to Hyve Solutions as a System Integration Test Engineer, where they worked until 2020. In their role, they performed system integration tests and contributed to the successful development of products. Currently, since 2020, they have been working as a Test System Engineer at Inspur Systems, where they conduct POC tests, analyzes hardware and firmware, identifies issues, and develops automatic test scripts.

William Tsai earned their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Tamkang University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007.
