Leon Liang is an experienced professional in product and business planning, currently serving as the Head of the Department of Product Planning at Inspur Group since April 2020, focusing on 5G and cloud edge technologies. Previously, Leon held leadership roles in 5G networks product management and served as a Senior Manager of 5G Product Management, directing product strategies and marketing efforts. Prior experience includes working as a Business Planning and Development Manager at NEC Corporation, where Leon led new product development initiatives, and as a Strategy & Business Development Manager at Deutsche Telekom, representing the company in technology strategy matters in China. Leon holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and advanced degrees in computer software and information engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
