Zach Bastarache's work experience begins in 2012 as an Engineer and Management Intern at Rogers Foam Corporation. Zach then moved on to become a Quality Technician Intern in 2013 and a Sales Support Intern in 2014, both at the same company. In 2016, Zach joined ServiceNow as an Account Development Associate and later transitioned to an Account Development Representative before leaving the company. Zach then worked at Panaya as a Business Development Representative, followed by roles as an Enterprise Account Executive and a Regional Sales Manager. From 2019 to 2021, Zach was the Director Northeast at enosiX. Zach then became a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Truewind from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development, Technology at inSpring.

Zach Bastarache holds a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business from Babson College. Zach also attended Wayland High School for their high school education.
