Vibhav Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the digital and business process outsourcing sectors. Currently serving as the Country Head and VP for Australia and New Zealand at Inspiro since July 2020, Vibhav previously held the position of Market Leader for Digital Operations at Cognizant from December 2014 to July 2020, focusing on future-proofing operations for clients. Vibhav's earlier career includes a Vice President role at Genpact, where responsibilities encompassed business development, relationship management, and brand awareness in the BFSI sector. Additional roles at Genpact included Assistant Vice President & Transition Leader, Black Belt, and various operational positions, highlighting expertise in quality standards and project implementation. Vibhav holds an AGMP from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BBA in Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
