Rahib Mistry has three years of work experience in the IT recruitment and staffing industry. In 2023, they began working as a Bench Sales Recruiter for Inspirix Technologies LLC. In 2021, they joined Zaidan Staffing as an IT Bench Sales Recruiter, where they were responsible for working directly with end clients' requirements and developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network on a daily basis. In 2019, they began working as a Technical Recruiter for IMS People Possible, where they were responsible for Full Life-cycle Recruiting including sourcing/identifying/qualifying candidates, rate and salary negotiations, interview preparation and on-boarding.

Rahib Mistry is currently attending Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics.
