Javier Sánchez Reyes is an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance distribution and digital client solutions. Currently serving as Co-Head of Affinity, SME & Digital Client Solutions at Aon Spain since January 2020, Javier leads the creation of innovative multichannel insurance distribution solutions and consulting services. Prior to this role, Javier was the CEO and co-founder of Inspiring Benefits, where the company specialized in managing multichannel loyalty clubs for clients and employees. Javier has also co-founded companies such as Escala IT and held various leadership positions, including Deputy Director General at ipsCA and Strategy Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Javier holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
