Billy Calder has extensive work experience in the education industry as a tutor and director of professional development. Billy began their career as a tutor at Revolution Prep in 2014 and then joined Noodle Pros in 2015. In 2016, they founded CRASH Theater Co. In 2022, they became the director of professional development and a tutor at Inspirica Pros. Additionally, throughout these years, Billy Calder also pursued a career as an actor.

Billy Calder attended Saint Ann's School from 1990 to 2008 and obtained a High School degree. Billy then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Theater at Dartmouth College from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts in Acting at Harvard University from 2012 to 2014.
