Lukas Pukelis is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Data Engineering and Analytics Team Lead at Inspired UM since January 2023, where effort is focused on creating a robust data platform for business insights. Previously, Pukelis held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Technote.ai from May 2020 to February 2023, contributing to the development of an innovative technology data platform, and led Data Science initiatives at PPMI from October 2016 to February 2023, managing a team and overseeing the entire data production pipeline. Pukelis’s academic background includes a PhD in Legislative Studies and a Master’s in Baltic Sea Region Studies from the University of Tartu, complemented by research roles at various institutions, including the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies and the International Centre for Defence Studies.
