Harry Richman joined the Inspired Technology team in 2019 as the Vice President of Security Solutions. In 2020, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Security Solutions. His primary responsibilities involve training, sales, and day-to-day oversight centered around Inspired’s security system projects. Richman is an experienced leader in the industry with over 20 years of service working with security systems. His advanced knowledge and high level of expertise in security is an asset to the company’s state-of-the-art projects for clients.

Prior to joining Inspired, Richman founded Phoenix Security Systems in 2004 where he was responsible for sales, installation, service, and administration of the company’s products. Focusing on quality installation and customer service, Phoenix grew to over 1,000 loyal clients. Before founding the company, Richman co-founded Crimson Security in 2001 where he was in charge of operations, including installation, service and purchasing. Richman’s start in the electronic security industry began in 1998 as a commercial salesman for ADT/Tyco.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as participating in many forms of motorsports.
