Katherine Farrell is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager at Porcelanosa since April 2008, overseeing the South East business and group operations with more than 170 employees. Additionally, Katherine has been a Swimming Teacher at Hertsmere Leisure since 2006, focusing on safety and swim instruction. Prior roles include People Advisor at CBS Outdoor, part of a major outdoor advertising contractor, and HR Assistant at Client Logic, where Katherine gained extensive generalist experience within an international outsourcing center.
