Mr. Rich brings Inspire decades of experience from the Multi-housing Industry as executive in IT management and support. Having led from the ownership and management side of the Industry, he brings a unique perspective on how important it is to have a safe, reliable and robust WiFi service provider for communities like yours.

His team of i-Guys are responsible for monitoring bandwidth usage, managing the United States based 24 hours a day x 7 days a week call center and overseeing the company’s NOC (Network Operating Center). His technical support team is always available to assist the customers, and their visitors and residents, in connecting to Inspire’s wireless network.
