Doug Janey is an experienced Software Engineering Manager currently at Inspire Medical Systems since May 2023. Previously, Doug served as Mobile Engineering Manager at Conservis, overseeing the development of mobile applications for a SaaS Farm Management System, and held senior leadership roles at Starkey Hearing Technologies, managing mobile and web application development teams. With a strong background in agile methodologies and team leadership, Doug has led diverse teams at Thomson Reuters and Lancet Software while also contributing to medical software development at LifeRate Systems. Doug holds a BS in Computer Science from Mankato State University and has been actively involved in leadership training through MHTA Ace Leadership since 2016.
