Alison Gunter currently serves as a Leadership Development Trainer and Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Inspire Medical Systems since September 2021. Prior to this role, Alison worked at Ecolab from May 2016 to September 2021, where experience included roles as Campus Recruiter and Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on strategic talent acquisition for field sales and service positions. Earlier, Alison held various human resources roles at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University, including Career Assistant and Human Resources Club President. Alison's professional journey began with internships at Polaris Industries and Hennepin County. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Master of Business Administration at the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication from the College of Saint Benedict.
