Mike is a qualified Social Worker, who retired from his role as a Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Manager with Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership in September 2020. Mike worked for a number of years in statutory and voluntary childcare teams, before moving into adult services over 20 years ago. He has considerable experience in developing and commissioning support services for adults with learning disabilities in partnership with the Third Sector. Since retiring, Mike has enjoyed spending more time with his family and being able to cycle frequently. He joined the Inspire Board in November 2021.
