Carol J Carter is the founder and president of GlobalMindED, a movement focused on access, equity, and opportunity for First Generation to College and underserved populations. Carol J is also the founder, coach, and keynote speaker at LifeBound, with a mission to raise student achievement rates and reduce high school dropout rates. In addition, Carol J is the lead author of the best-selling series for college freshmen, THE KEYS TO SUCCESS. With a background in education and publishing, Carol has served as an expert and advisor for college and career readiness programs at both McGraw-Hill Education and Pearson. Carol J holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Arizona.
