Sarah Trautman is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in leadership and consultancy within the behavior analysis and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Inspire Horizons since June 2024, Trautman also holds the position of Board Member at Apollo Behavior and operates as the Founder and Designer at fck jewelry. Trautman co-founded Team On Location, LLC, where Sarah contributed from August 2019 to January 2023, and previously worked as a Development Consultant and President for the California Association for Behavior Analysis between July 2017 and July 2020. As President and Founder of STE Consultants, LLC from July 2004 to June 2019, Trautman developed significant expertise in organizational leadership. Trautman's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Special Education from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Gonzaga University.
