Sherry Duncan is a skilled legal and mortgage professional with extensive experience across multiple roles in the legal and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Paralegal at the US Attorney’s Office in the Asset Forfeiture Department since February 2022, Sherry also holds positions as a Mortgage Loan Originator at KORE Mortgage and Client Direct Mortgage, in addition to being a Notary Signing Agent for several companies since June 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Process Server at ABC Legal Services and a Disability Analyst at the NC Department of Health and Human Services. Sherry’s educational background includes a Paralegal Certificate from Durham Technical Community College, a Doctor of Law from the Charlotte School of Law, and advanced degrees in Sociology and Political Science and Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
