Dan Carter is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of Education at Inspiration Trust since April 2023, overseeing curriculum and teacher development across various schools in Norfolk and Suffolk. Prior to this role, Dan held positions as Principal at Thetford Academy and Vice Principal at both Great Yarmouth Charter Academy and Cromer Academy Trust. Dan's extensive leadership experience includes whole school leadership of teaching and learning, staff training, and curriculum development, beginning with roles such as Acting Deputy Headteacher at Cromer Academy and Advanced Skills Teacher at City Academy Norwich. Dan's educational background includes a PGCE in Secondary History and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of East Anglia.
