Shipra Baj is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently at Insperity since September 2013, with previous roles including Software Quality Assurance Lead and Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst. Earlier career experience includes serving as Software Quality Assurance Lead at the United States Patent and Trademark Office from October 2010 to September 2013, and as Senior Application Support Specialist and Associate Manager at Crossword Book Stores from March 2007 to September 2009. Shipra began a career in technology as a Web Software Developer at Infosys from August 2005 to February 2007. Shipra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Rajasthan, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
