Kelly Yeates is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and service operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Service Operations at Insperity since August 2004, Kelly is responsible for managing escalated employee relations issues for a client base of over 6,000. With a leadership role over a team of 11, responsibilities also include overseeing workplace investigations and EEO compliance. In previous positions at Insperity, Kelly focused on enhancing client experiences through monitoring and implementing process improvements. Prior to Insperity, Kelly held HR leadership roles at Intelliware and OmniAmerican Bank. Academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Wayland Baptist University and a BA in Economics from The University of Texas Permian Basin.
