Nam Phan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2013, Phan worked as a Business Development professional at 3d-berlin vr solutions GmbH until 2015. Following that, Phan joined Vattenfall/Stromnetz Berlin as a Product Management specialist for mobile apps from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Phan worked as a Business Analyst at Sentifi. Phan continued at Sentifi in 2017 as a Product Manager until 2018. Since then, Phan has been working at Inspectorio, initially as a Product Owner from June 2018 to November 2018, then transitioned to a Product Manager role from November 2018 to January 2020, followed by becoming a Lead Product Manager from January 2020 to April 2021. Currently, Phan holds the position of Product Director at Inspectorio since April 2021.

Nam Phan has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin, which was obtained from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in the Climate-KIC The Journey program, focusing on Climate Change Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Nam Phan earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the University of Duisburg-Essen. In 2011 to 2012, they also pursued studies in Industrial Engineering at UC Santa Barbara.
