Ar.Mriganayani Kalita is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and architectural design. Currently serving as Operations Team Lead at InspectHOA since July 2021, Mriganayani has previously held the position of Business Operations Manager at PUNO, The Adventure Arena, where responsibilities included planning daily operations and analyzing productivity data. Additional experience includes managing teams at Swapnica Exim Trading Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to promote a NASA patented product across India and neighboring countries, and working as an Architect at Space Wizard on various architectural and landscape projects. Mriganayani holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a focus on Interior Design from Nims School of Architecture and Planning, complemented by earlier education at Miles Bronson Residential School and Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Guwahati.
