Stas Taraschansky has been working in the software engineering field since 1999. In 1999, they were a Consultant/Designer for Bliss Records, where they designed and developed BlissRecords.com, a web site for a New York based art organization, record label and promotional group. Stas also designed promotional materials and mini sites for company sponsored events and releases. That same year, they were a Software Developer for NetSuite Development Corp, where they developed and maintained NetSuite Advisor, a proprietary software wizard for designing and implementing optimized LAN/WAN infrastructures of different levels of complexity. Stas also designed, developed and maintained graphic objects manipulation library with extensive GUI, and designed and implemented a proprietary file parser to convert data from XML to NetSuite native data format and back.

In 2000, Stas Taraschansky was a Senior Software Developer for Kurzweil Technologies - Medical Learning Company, where they played a key role in a small development team in architecting, designing and developing a number of highly-interactive web-based complex multi-tiered application systems. Stas also implemented Computer-Based Assessment System (CBAS) for the ABFP (American Board of Family Practice) - an online patient simulation program, based on SynPatient technology, designed to test physician's ability to apply knowledge in a clinical setting. Stas also designed and deployed bio-terrorism information web site (BioPRN) - a comprehensive resource and diagnostic tool for physicians and healthcare administrators, featuring case-based patient simulation program, utilizing SynPatient Interactive Learning System with extensive multimedia library, database driven Diagnostic Decision Tree, and ability to interview the patient for quick recognition and appropriate intervention for disease agents and toxins.

In 2005, Stas Taraschansky was a Systems Analyst Consultant for the United Nations, where they architected, designed and developed a suite of database-driven web site applications to search, organize and manage highly dynamic library of OP-ED and research articles, news, interviews and letters by senior UN officials. Stas also designed and deployed a wide range of administrative and statistical tools, and developed and deployed wizards and utilities for intuitive and clean back and front-end content management. That same year, they were also a Systems Analyst Consultant for BoardPoint, LLC, where they produced a number of SynPatient simulated patient cases for MDS Foundation Education Resource Center. Stas also ported an existing NLP engine from MS Sequel Server to MySQL technology, and redesigned and converted all existing database artifacts, including data models and stored procedures, planned and executed data migration.

In 2006, Stas Taraschansky was a Senior Software Developer/Architect for BrokerSuite, LLC, where they built an Automation - a tool for generating all-in-one custom Benefit Solutions systems quickly and effectively based on SugarCRM open source package. Stas also designed and developed MyBenefitsCount - an online Benefit Enrollment system to replace and streamline the paper based approach by collecting, storing and providing means to report and analyze enrollee data for companies with thousands of employees. Stas also architected and built Benex - an all-in-one solution for employers to manage, analyze and report on their employee base and enrollment benefits elected.

In 2014, Stas Taraschansky was a Principal Software Engineer for Hot Marlin, where they architected, deployed and supported several large scale LAMP stack enterprise solutions. Stas also designed and delivered scalable management solution for Synchrotab - a tool to eliminate paper in face-to-face meetings deployed at various banking institutes including Morgan Stanley. Stas Taraschansky attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
