Autumn Sorenson, SPHR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Insitu Inc, a provider of unmanned systems and information processing software solutions, since December 2017. Prior to this role, Autumn held various positions in talent acquisition, including Virtual Senior Aerospace and Defense Recruiter at Yoh, supporting Insitu, and Senior Technical Recruiter at Atrilogy Solutions Group, focusing on IT and creative roles for the banking industry. Earlier experience includes technical recruiting roles at Volt Technical Resources, At-Tech, and PDS Technical Services, as well as a managerial position at Assurant Group, where staff recruitment and training were key responsibilities. Education includes a diploma from Magnolia High School with a focus on photography, computers, and general education.
