Andrew Duggan is the Vice President and General Manager of Insitu Pacific. In this role, he is responsible for driving the company’s growth and successful execution of business in the Asia Pacific with a focus on Australia, New Zealand, and SE Asia. Andrew has held this role with Insitu Pacific since the company’s inception in 2009 and led it through a significant growth period, capturing major Remote Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) contracts with defense forces in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, and the UAE. More recently he has led Insitu efforts in the commercial uses of autonomous systems and advanced data processing software, securing contracts with Royal Dutch Shell QGC, Hexagon BMT, and other major resource sector companies. He also leads Insitu Pacific’s work collaborating with other Boeing divisions and regulators such as CASA and the UK & NZ CAAs to expand the capability for Insitu RPAS systems to flexibly operate in international airspace.
Andrew graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Economics degree, and then from the Royal Military College, Duntroon, as an Australian Army officer.
