With extensive experience in marketing research and consumer collaboration, Tom has delivered over 100 keynote speeches annually worldwide, authored the book "The Consumer Consulting Board," and held various leadership positions at InSites Consulting, where significant contributions were made in advancing online qualitative research and business development. Tom's educational background includes degrees from Ghent University and Vlerick Business School.
