Carter Callaway is an Associate at Ultratech Capital Partners, where the focus is on investing in critical dual-use technologies that address significant global challenges and enhance national security. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer Specialist and Mechanical Engineer 2 at L3Harris Technologies, and as a Process Engineering Co-Op at GKN Aerospace, where responsibilities included root cause analysis, process control development, and Lean Manufacturing implementation.
