Xin Cheng has a diverse work experience in the field of medicinal chemistry. Starting in 2009 as a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Geneva, Xin then moved on to work as a Group Leader at Shanghai Chempartner from 2010 to 2015. After that, Xin held the position of Director at Acme Biopharma Co., Ltd. from 2015 to 2018. Xin then joined Medicilon as an Associate Director from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Xin worked as a Director at Hangzhou Innogate Pharma Co., Ltd. Xin's most recent role was as the Director of Medicinal Chemistry at 上海强福生物科技有限公司 in 2020. Currently, Xin is working as the Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Insilico Medicine since 2021.

鑫程 began their education at Anhui University in 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in chemistry. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2002, they enrolled in the University of Science and Technology of China to obtain a Master's degree in organic chemistry, which they completed in 2005. Following this, they joined the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry in 2005 to pursue a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, which they completed in 2009.
