Naomi Ephraim Beckler is an experienced consultant and executive coach with a strong background in leadership development and performance enhancement. Since April 2016, Naomi has been a consultant at Insigniam, focusing on guiding leaders through complex challenges and fostering innovative thinking. As an executive coach with Ingenuity Consulting SAS since September 2013, Naomi collaborates with executive leaders to inspire insights and drive results. Naomi also serves as a TRE® Provider at TRE® France, addressing stress, tension, and trauma to improve overall well-being. Previously, between July 2007 and August 2013, Naomi held the role of consultant and senior programme leader at JMW Consultants, leading engagements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Naomi holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Chemistry from Université de Poitiers.
