Michael Luo has extensive experience in administrative and analytical roles within financial services and organizational management. Currently serving as a NetSuite administrator at Insigniam since October 2014, Michael excels in addressing complex business challenges. Previously, Michael held the position of Business Analyst, focusing on client value systems, sales reporting, and facilities management. From January 2012 to January 2014, Michael was the Vice President of Human Resources at the Student Federal Credit Union at the University of Pennsylvania, overseeing recruitment and professional development while also serving on the Board of Directors to manage operations and strategic planning. Additionally, Michael was the Assistant Director of Member Services, handling customer relations and employee training. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2014.
