Michal Nad is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and consulting sectors, currently serving as the General Manager CEE and Head of Customer Excellence at Insignia Group of Companies since April 2024. As the Business Owner of Excellence Consulting sro since April 2021, Michal specializes in helping organizations enhance their operational efficiency. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Zlavomat, and Client Service & Commercial Director at Jandl, along with significant contributions as Cluster Director of Business Development for Grand Hotel River Park and Sheraton Bratislava Hotel, where strategic business development and rebranding were key focuses. Early career experiences include positions as Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at Kempinski hotels and General Manager at Holiday Inn. Michal holds a Master's Degree in Management of Tourism from the University of Economics in Bratislava, completed in 2004.
