Naomi Kim has extensive work experience in various roles related to finance, risk management, and audit. Naomi currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at the Migrant Information Centre and as a Board Member at Financial Counselling Victoria. Previously, they held positions such as Head of Internal Audit at Insignia Financial, Vice President of Group Compliance & Operational Risk at FWD Insurance, and Audit Manager at HSBC. Naomi also has experience working at KPMG Australia and PwC in risk management and assurance roles. Additionally, they had a secondment at PwC Hong Kong and Mainland China as a Senior Associate.

Naomi Kim's education history includes a double degree in Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Accountant certification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Naomi also attended The Mac.Robertson Girls' High School.
