Jen Berg has a background in operations and product design. Jen served as the Head of Product and Design at 5pm.co.uk and is currently the Principal UX Manager at Insights. Jen also worked as a Senior Associate at Yell and holds a MA Hons in History of Art and English Language from the University of Glasgow.
