Rachel Strauser, MS, holds a diverse professional background with expertise in finance and human resources. Currently working at Insights Training Group, LLC since June 2017 in a finance capacity, Rachel previously served as a Human Resources/Finance Assistant at the same company from April 2010 to July 2015, where significant contributions included payroll processing, new hire orientation, employee separation meetings, and benefits management. Prior experience includes roles as an Office Assistant for Suburban Fence Company and Manager at Melonies Kold Kup, where Rachel developed skills in customer service, sales contracts, and team supervision.
