Paulo Francisco has over 12 years of work experience in the software engineering field. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer at InsightRX. From 2017-2021, they worked at Luma Health as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, deployed at-scale, and troubleshot issues. From 2016-2017, they worked at Genesis Global Technology as a Senior Software Engineer, developing a banking web app and scalable GraphQL and RESTful APIs. From 2014-2016, they worked at BTG Pactual as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built scalable RESTful APIs and a digital e-signature service. From 2009-2014, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as a Software Architect. From 2008-2009, they worked at Cielo as a Senior Software Engineer.

Paulo Francisco has a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA, obtained in 2008. Paulo also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, obtained in 2006. In 2011, Paulo Francisco completed an Extension Course in Management, Leadership, and Performance Team at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Paulo Francisco has also obtained several certifications, including MongoDB Certified Developer, Associate (C100DEV) from MongoDB in 2021, Machine Learning and AI Foundations: Predictive Modeling Strategy at Scale from LinkedIn in 2019, Certification 1Z0-560 Oracle Unified Business Process Management Suite 11g from ORACLE in 2012, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
