George joined Insightlink at the very beginning in 2001 and is responsible for the design and programming of all the online systems and Web applications from employee surveys to exit surveys to 360 assessments and more.
His experience in technology comes from working for such organizations as IBM, Kodak and Grey Worldwide Advertising where he was involved in the start-up and growth of Grey Interactive, one of North America's first interactive agencies in 1994.
George began working in IT when an IBM data storage unit of 236GB was 7 ft high, 20ft long and cost over $2,000,000.
