Michael Smoly is a seasoned QA manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. At INSIGHTEC since November 2009, responsibilities include managing daily QA activities, conducting audits and inspections, participating in regulatory submissions, handling engineering projects, and maintaining relations with external regulatory authorities. Previously, Michael served as R&D and QA manager at UC-CARE from January 2008 to August 2009, focusing on product design and the foundation of quality management systems (QMS). Prior experience includes serving as product and QA manager at Motorika from May 2005 to December 2007, where duties involved product integration within the market and establishing QMS. Michael holds a PhD in Social Behavior from the University of Haifa, an MBA from the University of Haifa, and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
