Pip Gwynn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business psychology and organizational development. Serving as Director and Business Psychologist at Insight HRC Ltd since September 2004, Pip Gwynn focuses on fostering strong client relationships to provide tailored assessment and development solutions. Prior to this role, Pip Gwynn worked as an Administrative Officer for the Welsh Government from July 2003 to September 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing appointments to Community Health Councils and implementing new competency frameworks and appointment processes for health-related public bodies. Pip Gwynn holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cardiff University.
