Richard Phillips is a seasoned network and information technology professional with extensive experience in managing network systems and infrastructure across various organizations. Currently serving as the Oversight Technical Lead for Network Infrastructure at Emerging Tech since May 2024, Richard has held senior engineering roles at Insight and Metric Engineering, Inc., as well as serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Cerner Corporation. Key contributions include the implementation of significant cost-saving technologies, automation of updates, and comprehensive documentation protocols. Earlier roles include Network Administrator at the Church of the Resurrection, Network and Information Security Administrator at HP, and Distributed Computer Systems Analyst at the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Richard began a career in technology as Information Systems Manager at Maranatha Christian School, focusing on IT development for educational environments.
