Joshua Palathinkal is a Senior Information Technology Auditor at Insight Assurance since January 2022, specializing in technology risk and assurance. Previously, Joshua served as a Call Service Agent for the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity from November 2020 to February 2021, where responsibilities included providing technical support for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance claims and assisting clients with frequently asked questions. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems with a concentration in Cybersecurity from the University of South Florida, completed in December 2021.
