Keima Sheriff, EdD, currently serves as Lead Trainer at InsideTrack, focusing on personalized coaching to enhance learner success. Previously, Keima held the position of Director of External Affairs at HealthSpark Foundation, overseeing communication strategies and project management for grant-funded programs. As Dean of Holistic Support at Montgomery County Community College, Keima supervised multiple student support areas and implemented strategies for student achievement. Additionally, roles included faculty positions, various leadership roles in student programs, and founding a consulting firm providing services to nonprofits and community organizations. Keima's educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Immaculata University and a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College.
